Meet the Team
ASSISTANT FACILITY MANAGER
Julie Skelton is C&B’s assistant manager, and as a licensed practical nurse, she’s also handy in a crisis! Skelton came to C&B in 2022 from Wayne Medical Center, where she was registrar and worked in patient accounts. Before she moved into administration at Wayne Medical, she worked there as a nurse and a pharmacy technician, and as charge nurse at Hickman Community Nursing Home. Husband Travis is a counselor at the Turney Center correctional facility, helping inmates transition back into the community, and the couple have five children ages 4 to 13. When she’s not ferrying kids between sporting events, Skelton enjoys crafting, painting and scrapbooking.
Krista Carroll is C&B Linen’s division manager, and she really does it all! She oversees the entire operation, from production to inventory and recruiting staff. Born in Portsmouth, Virginia, to a military family, Carroll has been based in Tennessee since 1998. She holds a Bachelor of Science in sociology from Tennessee Tech. She’s also a Certified Laundry and Linen Manager (CLLM). When she’s not at work, the mom of two loves to draw and go kayaking, and you can frequently find her at a concert or a football game.
Public relations and marketing director Allen White has been with C&B Linen since 2015, when he was hired as human resources director for C&B and Wayne Halfway House. He was promoted to PR and marketing director in 2023.
Prior to joining C&B, White owned a carpet, flooring and furniture business for 21 years, after working 11 years as a furniture and appliances sales representative. He was a city commissioner in Waynesboro from 1990-98, and served a two-year term as city mayor from 1994-95.
A Nashville native with deep Wayne County roots, White graduated from Wayne County High School and attended Columbia State University. When he’s not at work, he’s an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing. He and his wife, a veteran elementary school teacher, live in Savannah and have two adult children.
